Bringing 20.000 people to a magical Christmas event

In the heart of Athens, Protergia’s Christmas Village transformed the city into a festive meeting point for families and visitors of all ages. HÄST supported the experience end to end, translating the on site magic into a vibrant digital presence through daily content production, influencer collaborations, and a dedicated event website that kept the celebration alive both on the ground and online.
At the heart of Athens, during the most festive time of the year, Attica Region, in collaboration with Protergia, launched a Christmas Village designed to become a seasonal destination for families and visitors of all ages. The challenge was to extend this on-site experience into the digital world—keeping the festive buzz alive online, amplifying visibility throughout the event’s run, and continuously attracting new visitors. Content needed to feel authentic, joyful, and timely, while maintaining a consistent daily presence across platforms and providing clear, accessible information for anyone planning a visit.
HÄST delivered a fully integrated digital presence that mirrored the magic of the Christmas Village on every screen. Our team handled daily on-site content production, capturing candid moments, performances, workshops, and spontaneous interactions that brought the experience to life online. Through a steady flow of photo and video content tailored for social media, we kept audiences informed, inspired, and emotionally connected to the event. To expand reach, we activated targeted micro-influencer collaborations across Instagram and TikTok, generating authentic buzz and driving foot traffic. In parallel, we designed and developed a dedicated website that centralized all event information, visuals, and programming—transforming the Village into a cohesive, credible, and shareable digital experience.
