Hellenic Cadastre: A refined image of Ktimatologio and a simplified experience for citizens

With digital transformation at the core of its strategy, the Hellenic Cadastre set out to redefine how citizens interact with its services. HÄST supported this transition by delivering a holistic rebranding and digital experience, designed to improve accessibility, usability, and trust across all touchpoints.
The Hellenic Cadastre faced the challenge of redefining its public image while undergoing a large scale digitalization process. As a public entity serving millions of citizens, the goal was to introduce a modern, inclusive, and functional brand identity that could clearly communicate its role and responsibilities. At the same time, the transformation needed to respect existing structures, support complex services, and deliver a digital experience that felt intuitive, reliable, and useful for everyday users navigating critical administrative processes.
HÄST led the project with a methodical approach and continuous collaboration with all stakeholders. We developed a refined and minimal brand identity that accurately reflected the mission and scope of the Hellenic Cadastre while establishing a clear and contemporary visual language. This identity was then applied to the full redesign of ktimatologio.gr, preserving the site’s core structure while enhancing usability through visual hierarchy, indicators, chatbots, tagging, and color differentiation. Following design completion, we implemented a robust front and back end supported by a flexible CMS for administrators. The transformation was successfully adopted across services and platforms, marking a new digital era for the Hellenic Cadastre and strengthening citizen trust.
