GenAI Summit: A Multi-Sensory Showcase of Innovation
On November 18th. 2024, the GenAI Summit returned with a Demo Day at the Stavros Niarchos Foundation Cultural Center, bringing together the AI community for a full day of panels, workshops, and live demos. HÄST was responsible for shaping the experience across every space, screen, and moment, transforming innovation into a fully immersive live event.
The goal was to design and deliver a next generation event experience for the AI community that felt cohesive, immersive, and impactful across both physical and digital touchpoints. With multiple parallel stages, workshops, and demos running simultaneously, the challenge was to maintain a strong visual identity while giving each space a clear role and atmosphere. At the same time, the experience needed to extend beyond the venue through real time content, social media, and standout moments that would leave a lasting impression long after the event ended.
HÄST led the full creative and technical production of the Demo Day, starting with the individual design and setup of each hall. Through detailed 3D renders, we created tailor made stages that respected the event’s visual identity while giving every room its own tone and function. At the heart of the venue, we built a fully operational on site HUB for live content editing and real time social media delivery, alongside a pop up podcast studio designed for interviews and spontaneous content. The day concluded with a drone show produced in collaboration with SkySymphony, lighting up the night sky with GenAI inspired visuals and delivering a memorable finale to a complex, seamlessly executed experience.
