At OPAP Arena, every match day is more than a game. HÄST is responsible for transforming AEK FC matches and major football events into immersive live spectacles, combining lighting, sound, visuals, and broadcast ready production to elevate the in stadium experience for thousands of spectators.
How do you turn a football match into a fully immersive live experience for tens of thousands of spectators. The challenge was to elevate every moment at OPAP Arena, from team lineups to halftime and key match transitions, into a unified spectacle that amplified emotion, energy, and anticipation. This experience needed to be consistent across AEK FC home games and other high profile football events, while operating within the demanding environment of a live stadium and meeting broadcast level standards for production, precision, and reliability.
HÄST delivered a complete live production ecosystem designed to captivate both spectators in the arena and audiences watching remotely. Our team produced large scale lighting shows using state of the art equipment, with carefully designed and executed choreographies synchronized with music and voice over to energize the crowd. Visualizers and custom graphics across matrices and ribbon LEDs completed a 360 degree experience, ensuring every seat in the arena was part of the show. In parallel, we supported live broadcasting through an integrated feed solution with aerial shots and dynamic perspectives. A dedicated crew, standardized workflows, and process automation ensured flawless execution every time, creating unforgettable match day experiences that continue to evolve with each event.
